How do I sign up as a scholar?
Click Get started and choose the Scholar role. You'll need to complete your profile with your scholarly credentials, educational background, and ijazah. Our team will verify your profile before you can start teaching.
Are sessions held online?
Yes, all sessions are held online. Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive a Google Meet link to join the session with your scholar.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
You can cancel an appointment from your dashboard up to 3 hours before the session starts. Cancellations are not allowed less than 3 hours before the appointment.
How does scholar rating work?
After each session, both the student and the scholar can leave a rating and a review. This helps maintain quality and trust on our platform.
Is ReliWise free?
Signing up, exploring scholars, the feed, and live study events are all free. Private session fees vary by scholar. For now, session payment is arranged directly with the scholar after the session, and in-app payment is coming soon.
Which languages are available?

How do I contact support?
You can reach our team through the platform. A dedicated support channel is coming soon.
How do I attend an event?
Open the Events menu, pick an event, and tap I'm coming to register. Some events need the organizer's approval; for those, tap Apply to attend and you'll be notified once you're approved. Organizers can set a capacity and choose whether to show or hide the attendee count and list.
How do I register an organization (a mosque or institution)?
Sign in, then open the Become an organization page from the account menu at the top right. Fill in your organization's details and upload a supporting PDF document. Our admins review the request; once approved, you can manage the organization page, invite other managers, and post publications and events under the organization's name.
Where do I manage Google Calendar and meeting links?
As a scholar, open your scholar dashboard and choose the Settings tab. The Google Calendar card is at the very top — from there you can Connect or Disconnect Google Calendar. While connected, every booking automatically creates a Google Meet link and invites the student by email.
How is the Google Meet link created for each session?
If your Google Calendar is connected (Settings tab), the Meet link is created automatically as soon as a student books. If it isn't connected, open My Schedule and paste your own Google Meet link on that session so the student sees a Join button. Reliwise only accepts meet.google.com links.
